Adrian Manole became a Partner at Șomlea & Asociații in 2025 and is a litigation-focused lawyer with substantial experience in civil and commercial law, administrative law, restructuring, and insolvency. He has assisted and represented clients in enforcement proceedings and arbitration matters, handling cases that require in-depth legal analysis and carefully structured procedural strategy. His approach combines legal rigor with a strong understanding of the economic implications of each matter.
He has a solid academic background, holding bachelor’s degrees in both Law and Economics. He also holds two master’s degrees: an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Bucharest and a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
